Nude Man Leads Police on Foot Chase

May 03, 2007  |

A Kentucky man ran from his house naked after police arrived at his door to serve a warrant, police say. A 40-minute foot chase followed.

“He just didn’t want to go to jail and decided he would outrun the police naked,” Mayfield PD Assistant Police Chief Steve Hendley told the Charlotte Observer.

William McCampbell, 21, has been arrested and is facing jail time for contempt of court, fleeing from police, indecent exposure, criminal trespassing, and disorderly conduct.
