One of Washington state's top fugitives surrendered to SWAT officers Wednesday morning, after the tactical team surrounded his apartment in Kent.
Donvea Adams, 20, surrendered peacefully and will face fourth-degree assault for a physical attack against his girlfriend as well as warrants out of Seattle for first-degree robbery and second-degree assault, reports the Kent Reporter.
Adams is listed on the Q13 Fox News Washington Most Wanted list for a robbery and assault in Seattle where he reportedly robbed and beat a couple he knew.

I hope common sense prevails and he is held without bail. After that it's time to ship him off to a fema camp where this animal should be used for medical experiments that could benefit law enforcement and their families. Why don't we take these criminals and use their organs to save all injured or dying police?

This is a top fugitive? He doesn't even have a history of shooting at or hitting anyone. Interesting.
