Triple-Murder Montana Suspect Arrested In Wash.

Authorities captured triple-murder suspect Sheldon Bernard Chase, 22, in Spokane, Wash., after a multi-state manhunt on Oct. 5.

Authorities captured triple-murder suspect Sheldon Bernard Chase, 22, in Spokane, Wash., after a multi-state manhunt on Oct. 5.

Chase is suspected of killing his grandmother, cousin, and the cousin's boyfriend on the Crow Reservation in the southeast section of Montana. Authorities were notified in Wyoming, North Dakota and South Dakota.

The deaths occurred at a rural residence about 10 miles outside of Lodge Grass, a town of about 500 people near the Wyoming border. Chase has a history of mental illness.
