Delaware State Police Assist Rescue of Oil Tanker Crewman

Delaware state troopers assisted firefighters and paramedics in the air rescue of the crewman who fell into an oil tanker's 20-foot cargo hole on Tuesday.
Leovie Caguite, 54, was rescued in the 25-minute operation at the ship, which was five miles off the coast of Slaughter Beach.
