Texas Tactical Commander Injured In Flash-Bang Explosion

A flash-bang grenade exploded in the hand of the commander of a South Texas tactical unit, sending him to the hospital for treatment, reports the Houston Chronicle.
The Alice PD's Richard DeLeon was in critical condition Tuesday. The flash-bang grenade exploded while he was loading tactical gear into his squad car.
