Austin Police Respond to Crash Site

The crash of a small plane into a Northwest Austin building that housed federal offices was likely an intentional act of a person targeting the Internal Revenue Service, Austin's police chief has said.
Chief Art Acevedo's officers responded to the scene of the dramatic crash today that was linked to the torching of a home. The plane is registered to Andrew Joseph Stack, who appears to be disgruntled at the U.S. tax system.
