Free Use of Force Newsletter from NCJTC

The National Criminal Justice Training Council (NCJTC)will publish a FREE newsletter dealing with use of force issues for the law enforcement community. Titled, The Use of Force Update, this newsletter will be published at least once a month, beginning with the September, 2001 issue.

Additionally, special issues will occasionally be published following breaking information and stories involving use of force.

Ed Nowicki, who is a member of the POLICE Advisory Board as well as a nationally known use-of-force trainer and expert, will edit the newsletter.
