Electronic Services Agency’s in-car digital video package is a completely portable system that can be used with four to 16 cameras and allows officers in the field to download video and audio to a remote PC via Wireless Local Area Networks. The system’s X200 Digital Video Recorder is used with the included removable Hard Disk Cartridge to record from multiple video and audio sources.

Laser Shot Livefire Simulation System - Laser Shot

A new realistic training system from Laser Shot goes beyond normal simulators, allowing officers to draw actual guns and fire at a simulator screen. Laser Shot’s new Live-fire Simulation Trainer is a combination of hardware and software that allows the operator to project simulator scenarios onto a special rubber screen. The screen is self sealing and can absorb thousands of rounds of live fire.

Haix Airpower P6 Boot - Haix

German boot manufacturer Haix is pursuing the American police market with its new Airpower P6 duty boot. The P6 features a slip-resistant, non-marking, anti-static sole. The leather and fabric upper is Teflon laminated to resist water, ice, even oil. The lining is waterproof Gore-Tex. Another key feature in this lightweight duty boot is the arch support system. All Haix duty boots meet the rigid standards set by European law enforcement units.

EyeNX LawVision - EyeNX

LawVision, an in-car digital video and audio solution for public safety agencies, enables police departments to efficiently update their existing analog vehicle systems with the latest digital technology without having to invest in expensive new hardware. EyeNx provides the software that improves the productivity of the existing in-car equipment regardless of its age. The system also eliminates the VCR that sits in the trunk of the squad car, increasing useable trunk space.

Escape Rescue System Skyscraper Evacuation - Escape Rescue Systems

The Escape Rescue System is a building-wide solution for safe, external evacuation of building tenants and the rapid transport of rescue personnel to the upper reaches of a skyscraper. The system is composed of at least two devices; each is an array of five collapsible cabins. The system is permanently stored on the roof in a folded position. Upon activation by first responders, each array is lowered to the ground.

Glacier Tek’s Cool Vest is a product designed for the cop who has to work in the summer in body armor. Cool Vest encloses a set of reusable plastic pouches filled with a non-toxic substance. Glacier Tek says all you have to do is soak the pouches in ice water or place them in the freezer for 20 minutes, put them inside the Cool Vest carrier, then strap it between your vest and your skin, and it will keep your body at 59 degrees Fahrenheit for up to two-and-a-half hours in 100-degree heat.
