Dallas Cop Kills Self While Cleaning Weapon

A Dallas Police Department officer fatally shot himself while cleaning his service weapon at home on Monday afternoon, the department announced. Officer Christopher Pasley died as a result of an apparent accidental discharge.

Craig McIntire, a 21-year-old student at Miami University of Ohio, was arrested over the weekend when he refused to stop "urinating in an alleyway."

Michigan Cop Killed Inside Suicidal Man's Home

West Bloomfield (Mich.) Police Officer Patrick O'Rourke was shot and killed when he entered the bedroom of a suicidal man and was met with gunfire late Sunday. The shooting led to a standoff police resolved Monday afternoon when a Michigan State Police robot helped police confirm the suspect was dead inside the home.
