More than $300,000 has been spent on the investigation of the shooting death of Fox Lake police lieutenant Charles Joseph Gliniewicz, which is expected to be ruled a suicide.
<p>Lt. Charles Joseph Gliniewicz of the Fox Lake (IL) PD was found mortally wounded Sept. 1 after he called for backup in the pursuit of three suspects. He had been shot once in the vest and once in the upper torso with his duty pistol. &nbsp;</p>
