During municipal elections in San Jose and San Diego on Tuesday, voters approved Measure B and Proposition B by 70% and 69% respectively. While the measures passed in landslide votes, unions representing officers in those cities said the ill-conceived initiatives take too hard a line and may violate state or federal statues governing public pensions.

Alexander Kinyua allegedly chopped Kujoe Bonsafo Agyei-Kodie into pieces and ate parts of his heart and brain was previously thrown out of the ROTC program for destroying property, and he was known to carry a machete and wear tribal-inspired face paint. He spoke about human sacrifice during a campus forum on hazing in January.
