National Law Enforcement Museum to Celebrate Public Opening with Family-Friendly Community Day

The National Law Enforcement Museum at the Motorola Solutions Foundation Building will host a free Community Day as part of the Museum’s public Grand Opening on Saturday, October 13, 2018.

The National Law Enforcement Museum at the Motorola Solutions Foundation Building—the nation’s only museum that explores nearly every facet of American law enforcement—will host a free Community Day as part of the Museum’s public Grand Opening on Saturday, October 13, 2018.

This family-friendly event, which will run from 10:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., will include activities and entertainment for all to enjoy including the Run for the Badge 5K, K-9 demonstrations, a variety of police vehicles and technology, face painting, live entertainment, and more. This will mark the first time that the Museum has opened its doors to the public.
