Toronto police have not ruled out terrorism in the attack on Sunday that killed two and injured 13 others on Sunday.

Toronto Police Chief Mark Saunders said cops were investigating "every possible motive, including terrorism," according to Fox News.

Chief Saunders said that an 18-year-old woman and a 10-year-old girl were killed. The wounded ranged in age from 10 to 59, and some might have life-changing injuries, according to USA Today.

The gunman — who was shot by police — fled the scene but was later found dead. It was not immediately clear if the gunman was killed by police or if he killed himself.
