A Maryland teenager will be held without bail after allegedly driving a stolen Jeep over a police cruiser's hood in an attempt to evade officers.

A Maryland teenager will be held without bail after allegedly driving a stolen Jeep over a police cruiser's hood in an attempt to evade officers, according to the Baltimore Sun.

Police arrested 16-year-old Jeremy Hager and 19-year-old Derek Stroman after Hager reportedly rammed a police vehicle that was positioned to block the stolen vehicle from escaping police pursuit.

Stroman was released from jail on Wednesday on the condition that he be placed on private home detention.

Both teens are facing 10 charges including first- and second-degree assault, reckless endangerment, and assault of a law enforcement officer.
