VIDEO: Florida Man Gets Death Penalty for Killing Sergeant

Convicted cop killer Eriese Tisdale, 28, was sentenced to death Friday morning by a Florida Circuit Court Judge.

Tisdale killed St. Lucie County Sheriff's Sgt. Gary Morales during a traffic stop in Fort Pierce on Feb. 28, 2013. He fired seven times at Morales, striking the veteran sergeant in the head, neck and arm, TC Palm reports.

Morales, 35, was found dead inside his patrol car. He was belted to his seat and never fired his weapon.

Excellent. Justice is served. It Can't get any better than this. This guy is evil and a murderer and he deserves death. The only problem is waiting for three years to sentence him and probably another ten years before its carried out.

Justice be done, and do it quickly. Now with todays DNA and trial procedures we are not in the same place as we were years ago. This that are convicted now of these types of crimes are intact guilty. All should be executed within the maximum perhaps 5 years so that all forensic re-testing and appeals can be completed. Once thats over, bye bye!

No comes years of appeals.

Justice served.... However our state will pay millions to house, feed and provide medical and dental care for him for YEARS.

The fool might die of old age before his appeals run out. Now if he were in the great state of Texas . . . . .
