VIDEO: Arizona Officers Rescue 3-Year-Old Girl Duct Taped, Locked in Closet, and Sexually Abused

Police in Mesa, AZ, say they’re investigating a child-abuse case that “shocks the soul.” A 3-year-old malnourished girl was bound with duct tape, kept in a closet, and allegedly offered for sex by a man babysitting the child.

Mesa police say the girl’s mother, Mayra Solis, 22, and the mother’s friend, Fransisco Javier Rios-Covarrubias, 30, have been arrested.

Police told FOX10 that Solis would leave her daughter at the home of Rios-Covarrubias during the day when she went to work. He would then allegedly put the girl in a closet for up to several days at a time. According to FOX10, the child was found by police after Rios-Covarrubias invited a man he met online to his home and he offered the girl up for sex. When police arrived, she was in a trash bag, covered in feces, duct taped, and hidden in a closet.

Justice.. A double tap for both of them. Complements of a father who would throw a party after the fact. A waste of air.

A double tap on the rocks for this scum. I would take some pleasure to read about that one.

It is impressive that these two animals were taken into custody unscathed.

One of the few times I wish the officer has seen a movement toward their waist.

Death penalty state? If not, should be! If mom left girl there while at work, she didn't pick her up each day? She knew what was going on. I still believe in Capital Punishment! Electric Chair or Gas, don't matter. After this story, firing squad would be too good for them!

I hope that this article is slipped into whatever jail/prison these pieces of shit are staying in and a little street justice is handed out by the inmates. Double tap is simply too quick and much too easy.

As usual no mention of the victim and the horror she suffered, just a lot of hatred and violence. Too bad you people won't take any sort of stance when one of yours goes off the rails. I sure do hope to see some comments when Sgt. Jeffrey M. Rothecker's story appears here, he believes you should run over and kill protesters and then say (and this is the 1st time I've ever heard a cop tell a civilian to use it) I feared for my life. I also noticed that officer Liang's trial is starting. He's the guy who shot a black man in a stairwell for absolutely no reason. I wonder what you all feel should happen to him?

If there was any justice in the world, they would have found Percy in that trash bag.
