A federal judge on Wednesday threw out a civil rights case against an Alabama police officer accused of using excessive force on an Indian man.

U.S. District Judge Madeline Haikala granted a motion to acquit Madison police officer Eric Parker after his two previous trials ended in hung juries.

In her 92-page opinion, Haikala said evidence that was presented during Parker's two trials didn't eliminate reasonable doubt that Parker was guilty of a crime, the Associated Press reports.

I appreciate the efforts of the prosecutors on this one, but unfortunately the jurors bought into the crap this particular officer was spewing. The officer clearly used excessive force and in my mind, should not be wearing the badge.

Just another racist cop and a racist judge.
And look in Alabama, I mean who would of thought.
This will certainly embolden ever more leo to attack minorities, especially if they talk funny or can be made to look Muslim. And yes I know that this man was not Muslim I doubt Parker did.
