Slain NYPD Officer's Sister Lashes Out at Accused Killer with "I Hope You Burn in Hell"

The man accused of shooting and killing NYPD Officer Randolph Holder Tuesday night, Tyrone “Peanut” Howard, 30, was arraigned at Manhattan Criminal Court Wednesday night, surrounded by 100 cops and the slain officer’s family.

“That’s my brother, I hope you burn in hell you f–king punk ass,” Holder’s sister shouted. The suspect was ordered held without bail on charges of first-degree murder and robbery.
