N.J. Man Wipes 'Butt Cheeks' With Summons, Tosses It at Officer

A 45-year-old New Jersey man has been charged with placing a police summons between his “butt cheeks,” wiping it up and down, and then tossing it at a police officer.

A 45-year-old New Jersey man has been charged with placing a police summons between his “butt cheeks,” wiping it up and down, and then tossing it at a police officer, reports the Hillsborough Patch.

Joseph Greenwood was indicted on a fourth-degree charge of throwing bodily fluids, which carries a possible 18-month jail sentence.

Greenwood was given the summons after being released on a charge of threatening to assault another person. Greenwood tossed the summons at Lt. John Insabella of the Readington Police Department on June 2.
