Washington Officers Fired Upon During Pursuit, Suspects Had Baby in Car

June 29, 2015  |

Around 11:30 p.m. Sunday, Snoqualmie, Wash., police found a suspicious vehicle at the North Bend Premium Outlets Mall, officers said. Police followed the vehicle for possible criminal activity, and the driver sped off, entering I-90 at a high speed.

As police officers chased the vehicle, a passenger allegedly fired multiple shots at a police squad car during the chase. No one was injured, and no bullets struck police cruisers.

The chase ended down a rural, dead-end road near Issaquah. Four people in the car were arrested, and an infant in the car was transferred to Child Protective Services, Q13 TV reports.
