VIDEO: Texas Officers Pull Man from Burning Wreck

A video has been released showing Mesquite, Texas, police officers pulling a man from a burning wreck early Sunday morning, off Interstate-30.

At about 4:00 a.m. the Mesquite Police Department received a call of a major crash in the area of the south service road of IH-30 and Edgebrook Drive.

Hector Valles, 25, of Mesquite was involved in a single car wreck – and the vehicle was reported to be on fire after slamming into a pillar that supports a highway sign.

Valles was transported by the Mesquite Fire Department to Baylor Hospital of Dallas with burns and internal injuries, CBS DFW reports.

The cause of the crash is under investigation.

Again officers rescue a victim from a burning vehicle. Obviously they weren't too far away or the person wouldn't have been this lucky. People you need to appreciate your officers when they put their lives on the line.

Proud of those officers, doing their job risking their lives. Cops serve and protect 24 hrs a day every day. Citizens of this great nation need to stand up and support law enforcement. Law Enfocement is a great profession yet very tough and it take special men & women dedicated to do this job! Way to go officers.
