N.Y. Man Rams Cruiser, Shouts 'I Want to Kill Cops!'

January 09, 2015  |

A man yelling "I want to kill cops!" tried to run down two New York Port Authority Police officers with his car near the entrance to the Holland Tunnel Wednesday night in an attack on officers, reports the New York Post.

Matthew Christian Cash, who has an extensive criminal record, was barreling down a restricted fire lane near Varick and Watts streets when he barely missed cops patrolling the tunnel and smashed his silver Audi right into their police cruiser at about 8 p.m., authorities said.

After crashing into the cruiser, the man twice screamed, "I want to kill cops!" and struggled with officers trying to detain him, according to sources.

Cash was arrested and taken to Bellevue Hospital. Police sources said synthetic marijuana was found in the Audi he was driving and he claimed he was on angel dust.

Another "nut". God love the New York Port Authority Police, they are just trying to do their job. Glad no one got hurt this time.

This is an example of what happens not due to terrorism, but to politicians and people in power siding with anti-police rhetoric. I don't know for sure but this guy was probably not a terrorist, or perhaps even a cop hater. He is obviously a NUT CASE! Yet this administration, NYC Mayor and the like are responsible for this kind of anti-cop crime. They incite these mentally unbalanced folks and give them a cause to act on. This is why the Pols and anti-cop folks should just shut their mouths and not promote these types of crimes.

Too many mentally ill people on the loose these days. We really need to make medicine for the mentally ill much cheaper. Reading his record it is easy to see he is nothing more than a small time thug with a very expensive car.

Notice that EVERYTIME we SEE a article like this it says, "XX has an EXTENSIVE CRIMIAL RECORD"---EVERYTIME!! So years ago the gov't came up with actually REALLY GOOD IDEA "The Habitual Criminal Act"-GREAT!! RID the LAW ABIDING of HABITUAL CRIMINALS!! BUT LOOK WHAT GOOD it did with THIS ARTICLE and the DAILY NEWS where we SEE or HEAR EVERYDAY of ANOTHER HABITUAL CRIMINAL CREATING ANOTHER HABITUAL FELONY!! And you want US "the LAW ABIDING" to give up OUR GUNS!! We the LAW ABIDING ARE SICK of HABITUAL FELONS and USELESS LAWS!! and PLEASE DON'T START with "the expensive cost to house a criminal!!" Stack them in jail like cords of wood and speed up EXECUTIONS and THEN you WILL SEE a SLOW DOWN in CRIME RATES!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Well at least he didn't kill any cops and he will get some well deserved rest in the pokey and probably a whole bunch of haladol to keep him quiet. Good job ladies and gentlemen. Stay safe and alert with all these ISIS fools running around.

It is not a question of psychotropic meds being expensive as it is about these
people being compliant with taking them on a consistent basis !
