Obama Police Panel May Establish Deadly Force Incident Tracking

December 11, 2014  |

The newly created White House panel on policing will consider establishing a national repository that tracks all manner of civilian deaths at the hands of law enforcement officers. It's part of an effort to re-establish trust between police and the communities they serve, the co-chairman of the committee said.

Philadelphia Police Commissioner Charles Ramsey, tapped by the Obama administration to help bolster law enforcement's standing in the wake of national unrest stirred by a series of killings of young black men by white officers, said that the long-standing gap in police reporting "needs to be addressed.''

"It will be on the table, no question,'' Ramsey told USA Today.

The most prominent record of civilian fatalities — the FBI's annual report of justifiable homicides by police — was described by Ramsey as "hit or miss'' because of its reliance on voluntary reporting by police agencies, a practice that results in a partial accounting.

I hope there's a week or two of, "National Blue Flu" letting all the hacks like lap dog Ramsey know how important L.E. really is. He's been so far removed from actual L.E. work for so long it hurts to hear him talk. He acts like he actually knows the daily basics of the job. All he knows is how to ride a desk, push a pencil/pen, & blow his boss(es).

if they're going to do that they should also be required to track all deaths and injuries to officers at the hands of miscreants, including all demographic info on the offenders. That would be a valuable comparison but would never be considered as it would be deemed inappropriate.

There is already a Death in Custody Reporting Act that requires reporting deaths of those in custody, in transit, arrested or in the process of being arrested.

So Obama is organizing a panel to investigate WHITE POLICE OFFICERS who kill a black suspect. Yet his lap dog Eric Holder takes the death penalty off the table when BLACKS MURDER a White Police Officer..why you say...HOLDER said by leaving the death penalty on the table, "HE" would be doing a DISSERVICE to "HIS PEOPLE".

I was under the impression that "ALL OF US" were his people. So who is ramping up all of the HATE we have all been seeing? Who is organizing "The New Black Panthers to spread all of the hate we saw in Ferguson Mo. What about The Nation of Islam spreading their hate against POLICE OFFICERS..Why is Obama and Holder not calling out these white man hating organizations;better yet, why hasn't HOLDER AND OBAMA said anything to the men & women LEO'S of America who have busted their ass to jeep ALL PEOPLE SAFE? I just wonder why. I venture to say they hate particular white officers..just saying...

Capt. Crunch @ 12/11/2014 6:25 PM

There goes Mr. Obama, again spreading the hate. I guess if we fight each other his failing presidency will go unnoticed. Mr. Obama, should be taking care of the wars, borders and economy.

Obama has demonstrated that he will lie to your face and later try to cover it up with another lie all while anyone with half a brain can hear and see him on video saying what he just denied saying. Holder is just a corrupt racist lap dog for O. They make quit the pair. Ramsey is likely a political hack willing to help O's cause. They have destroyed trust among the law enforcement community and significantly decreased racial harmony.

The last time the feds tried this the results were found to discriminate by representing one group over another. Go figure!

This is Khalid Mohammed calling for white genocide, oops that's Doctor Mohammed, my bad. Start about 7m into the vid.
This is Sean Hannity asking a black panther is he supported Doctor Mohammed's position.

Listen, JUST LISTEN, to him trying not to answer the question, but what pops out is worth hearing. Freudian slip on a drag queen.
Start about 20m in this long sermon by Farrakhan, listen to the foundation of this form of racism that Holder protects.
Farrakhan saying at about 2m_ HIS audience should not let anybody take their life without giving their ALL to defend it. >>this is what anybody asks for, right? RIGHT?
When we die and THEY die....we'll sit down at a table, we want some of this earth or we'll tear this *** country apart. This starts at about 6m.

kevCopAz @ 12/11/2014 8:53 PM

Ramsey is, has always been and will always be a boot licking A-kissing hack as he was in ALL of the cities that "bought" him due to his "blackness". what a joke, retire and shut up you fool.

Tbow426 @ 12/12/2014 7:10 AM

SO, let's assume this happens. Two years from now the stats show no noticeable difference about skin color being a factor in police shootings. What will they say then? Its rigged like the grand juries? Funny thing about statistics...what you think is happening really is not and it can bite you in the ass.
