Rest in peace Officer Leisure. My sincere condolences to your family and to our department. I have retired because of a physical restriction but my heart is out on the floor of our Detroit VAMC as I dispatch our officers to calls in our Detroit VAMC.

RIP Brother. My condolences to your family.
