Marco Dominguez, 24, was arrested early Thursday morning after pulling into a gas station with a smashed car and vomit on his pants. "I am going to join ISIS and when I do, you will be the first person I kill," Dominguez said during his arrest to threaten the Nashville officer, reports the NY Daily News.

But running away to join the terrorist group will have to wait until after he’s released from Davidson County Jail on misdemeanor charges of assault, driving under the influence, assault, leaving the scene of an accident, and driving without a license.

The arresting officer noted Dominguez could barely stand outside his battered vehicle as smoke poured out of it. He also reeked of booze and his eyes were bloodshot, according to charging documents.

Trip to GITMO would seem like a good idea.

My response to that would be.... Here is your ISIS application, lets do it now. Knock yourself out, bubba.

I wonder if ISIS will send him to rehab or detox before training begins. I'm not sure this guy understands the fundamentals of Islamic extremism.

Nightstalker @ 9/20/2014 8:39 PM

Another tough guy that is going down!!!!

This Tennessee 'Adam Henry' needs an old fashioned alley ride with sap applied. This is what Obama & With-Holder's America has come to.
Was refused a customer service exchange at Wal-Mart today. Lady said my State DL wasn't good enough. I presented my DMV address change form DC-1, SS, Retired L.E. State, Debit, & 2 Credit Cards. Was told it didn't make a difference. I saw red. If I was an "illegal immigrant" I wouldn't need any ID.
Thank you POS POTUS...!!!

I would very politely ask the clerk for the store manager and then if I did not get satisfaction I would very loudly leave the store and go to the TV NEWS station with it and see if Walmart didn't respond then. I bet they would. Next this idiot is not going to remember anything he said and just needs a quick plane ride to GTMO to meet with his Islamic brother prisoners.

I like the Rookies, idea. I say have a little fun with the dirt bag.

Ima Leprechaun @ 9/21/2014 11:23 PM

He sounds more like an enemy combatant than a local criminal. I agree with the suggested Gitmo confinement, its the best place for him.

I'll bet that when he sobered up he had to really wonder what the hell he was thinking.
