Oregon Deputy Shot Twice, Suspect in Custody

August 28, 2014  |

A man who allegedly shot and seriously wounded a Klamath County, Ore., sheriff's deputy during a traffic stop was arrested in Chiloquin early Thursday, along with his girlfriend, authorities say.

Dep. Jason Weber was shot in the face and side around 11:30 a.m. Wednesday while conducting a traffic stop on Bisbee Street in Klamath Falls, DA Rob Patridge said. Authorities have not said what the stop was for, reports

In a statement, Klamath County Sheriff Frank Skrah said, "Now that the suspects are in custody I want to announce that Deputy Jason Weber, a dedicated deputy sheriff for seven years, was the deputy who is the victim of this brutal shooting. Deputy Weber is with his family at Oregon Health Sciences University currently undergoing surgery under the care of seven physicians and is in serious but stable condition."

Skrah says William Jack Parkerson is charged with attempted aggravated murder with a firearm and first-degree assault with a firearm.

Skrah says Parkerson's girlfriend was also arrested after a manhunt involving nearly every police officer in the state. Karey Leigh Pascoe, 33, faces charges of conspiracy to commit aggravated murder with a firearm and first-degree assault with a firearm.

The sheriff says everyone feels good about the fact that they were taken into custody without any further injuries and no shots fired.

Well, thank God I get POLICE otherwise other than FOX News, I wouldn't even know about the majority of these LEO shootings/assaults. Thank you POLICE for this publication. your service to all LEOs is greatly appreciated. I have been a "founding member " of your magazine and will always support you. I wonder where the News Media is on these recent "open season on cops" incidents? Oh my error, they are covering the "open season on "Black Boys" that the cops are having, I HATE the liberal Media. After 33 + years in Police work the lawyers have dropped to #2 on the SH__ list, media is #1 and the cause of most of the ills in our nation reference Race relations. Keep up the fight brothers and sisters, we know we are doing the job right and really are the thin line protecting those that can not protect themselves. Keep up the good work POLICE publications.

kevCopAz, That is true. The Lap Dog MSM hates L.E. Only ones they love is Obummer, With-Holder @ Dept. of Un-Justice, Al "Cocaine Snorting C.I." Shark-ton, & all thugs. They allow people to go on their news stations & openly talk about the open-season on L.E. they have called for.
Worked as a Deputy at Yamhill Hill County as a youngster. Hope Deputy J. Weber makes a full recovery. Thank the good lord he survived. Unfortunately this shat bag & his tramp will most likely serve their lives out in O.S.P. in Salem. Free Room, Board, Work, Medical, Dental, Vision, Cable TV, College, Recreation, etc. A rope or bullet would be my answer for these scabs.

You will notice the proliferation of Hispanic Ganges in Oregon. Surenos 13, Norteno 14, Brown Pride, and others. Meanwhile, back on the South 40... *MUST read.

May I suggest any interested party read up on Black Liberation Theology, where adherents are taught that all people of color are the original 12 tribes of Israel, and the white people are the race enemies named as Amalek and Edom/Esau. Find their vids on YouTube and notice the militant tone.

Interestingly, there IS a similar message elsewhere, but as WHITES are the 12 tribes. Wonder who writes their material.

My prayers for a full recovery are with Dep. Jason Weber, his family, and his Dept. Again thanks to Police for this info. As kevCop Az said we would have never heard of this. Thank you Police.
