A new criminal complaint includes details to support a case that the mass stabbing at Franklin Regional High School in Murrysville, Pa., was premeditated and that Alex Hribal planned to kill classmates, reports WTAE-TV.

A document signed by Hribal dated April 6 was found in his school locker after the stabbings that injured 21 students and a security guard on April 9, according to the complaint.

The note includes a passage that says, "I can't wait to see the priceless and helpless looks on the faces of the students of one of the 'best schools in Pennsylvania' realize their precious lives are going to be taken by the only one among them that isn't a plebeian," according to the complaint.

The suspect refused to drop his knives and said, "No, I am not dropping them, my work is not done, I have more people to kill," according to the complaint.
