Flyers Threatening Albuquerque Officers Appear in Newspapers

VIDEO: Flyers Threatening Albuquerque Officers Appear in Newspapers

It's been a tumultuous few weeks for Albuquerque Police, from the protests, to the Department of Justice report. Now police say someone is making death threats against officers, and they're popping up all over the city, on light poles and in the newspaper, reports krqu.com.

Several people who get their newspaper from stands along Central Avenue near the University of New Mexico Campus said they found flyers stuffed inside copies of the Albuquerque Journal that state, "save a life, kill a cop."

Albuquerque Journal news stands have been riddled with the propaganda since Friday.

They were found stuffed inside some stands along Central near the University of New Mexico campus, posted on some light poles, even delivered to at least one officer's home.

Hmmmm I wonder if DOJ will investigate this. I bet if the flyer said kill a Muslim, they would jump on it in a minute.

Its ok. I hope the APD is taking these threats seriously, ie: changing force policy and reponse protocol. Its no secret that people hate cops, even the ones that call 911 when they need help. Its nothing new. Just watch your P's and Q's ladies and gents.... At the end of the day, threats can be made and or acted upon, the only important thing to remember is to make it home alive. People that hate, can't.

I agree Captain DOJ should investigate this. But we know they won't because they don't like Law Enforcement either! Look no further than Nevada. Illegals come across the border no problem, some cows eating grass and they send a whole army to deal with them. The owner should just say they are mexican cows and they could eat all the grass they want and have free health care to boot! LOL!!

Why not take away all the guns from cops and give them to bad guys, Lets face it this is the good old U.S.A.

This was done by the US Army's psychological warfare department in conjunction with NM Homeland Security.
This is pretty standard stuff. I have friends who work their.
They do this type of psy-ops a dozen times a day across the USA.
To keep sympathy for the state.
My friends told me the aim of psy ops is to..

:Miss direct public attention.
:Create new scenarios for the public to focus on.
:Build sympathy for the state.
:Discredit natural civilian movements before they gain ground.
:Change public focus.
:Create public distractions to take public focus from sensitive news that harms the image of the state.
:Create new agendas instead for the public to get active in that more closely correspond with the state.
