Philly Cops to Have New Policy for Interactions With Transgender Community

January 07, 2014  |

The Philadelphia Police Department will soon implement a new set of guidelines for how officers interact with transgender people, reports The Daily News.

Deputy Commissioner Kevin Bethel worked with members of the gay, lesbian, bisexual and transgender community to fine-tune the nine-page directive, police spokesman Lt. John Stanford said.

"The times have evolved, and not just within the Police Department," Stanford said yesterday. "You see it across the board in so many different areas. We have to learn to adapt to the times."

The policy offers basic definitions of transgender men and women, and how best to sort out names and identities during interviews or arrests.

There are people with Zero Voting Rights and say in Government. Like people with autism, downs syndrome and cerebral palsy just to name a few. But like Orwell's Animal Farm. Some Animals have more rights than others! The LGBT feel so persecuted. Yet they are the ones who persecute others, and have no tolerance. There are many disabled people will less, but they don't have big PR Machines, and $ to buy out the Ruling Elite politicians. I guess these Trans Humans, don't want to be called what their plumbing is. Just what they want to be. Take a hard look at double standards like Adam Lambert a gay singer who can beat his boyfriend, you don't see GLAAD attack him? But Phil on DD gets hammered, for not agreeing with a persons lifestyle! No hate speech! He didn't yell "Kill Blacks" or "Kill Gays". But the false media makes disagreement into a false "hate speech". God help the LEOs in Philly to deal with the TC. Because I wouldn't!

Isn't that truly "speshul" the Deputy Commissioner worked with the perversion lobby to develop 9 pages of "I'm OK, you're a bigot/sexist/homophobe" directive.

Why are the inmates allowed to run the institution? These people may not like their plumbing, but it does define them.
