CBP Officer Dies at Texas Port

A Customs and Border Protection officer died Sunday while on the job at a Texas port.

Authorities said Darrell Jean Windhaus was working for Customs and Border Protection when he collapsed at the Port of Brownsville.

The 71-year-old was boarding one of the vessels when he collapsed.

An autopsy has been ordered by the Justice of the Peace, according to Action 4 News.

Darrell Jean Wandhous was a very good person who I had the plesure to meet. He was from old school and believed on his profession as a cbp officer. he will surly be missed by the people who knew him. may you rest in peace my friend
and sleep with the angles.
