Pa. Man Used Tractor to Assault Police

An 80-year-old Pennsylvania man used his lawn tractor to fling rocks and debris at neighbors and police earlier this summer.

Donald Martin had used the tractor to pull a bush out of the ground in a property line dispute on June 21. Martin used the equipment to fling debris at a responding Rochester Township officer in Aug. 30, reports the Associated Press.
