An upstate New York mother is facing child-endangerment charges after she hired strippers to perform at her son's 16th birthday party in November.

Judy Viger, 33, has been charged with five counts of endangering the welfare of a child. The parents of five teens who attended the Nov. 3 party reported the matter to the South Glens Falls Police Department.

Viger organized the party at Spare Tire Bowling Center for her son, Reggie. She hired dancers from Tops in Bottoms.

The complaining parents found out that the strippers had been at the November 3 bowling party through photos posted on Facebook, reports WPTV.

Teens who attended the party gave statements to police describing how scantily clad dancers bit a teen's nipple while another questioned the ages of the partygoers, reports the Glen Falls Post Star.

All I got for my sixteenth birthday was a lousy cake.

Capt. Crunch @ 2/21/2013 7:54 PM

I thought the nipple was located on the chest. It is still a better deal then the lousy cake.

I hope Reggie had a good time. It appears the female entertainer put on one hell of a show. Now, the authorities in the Socialist Republic of New York need to concentrate on real crime (i.e. burglary, robbery, aggravated assault, rape & murder).

I wonder if there was a "champagne room" experiance involved with this event.

Leon @ 2/22/2013 8:45 AM

Aparently the boys who went to the party knew what was going to take place there. If not they knew when the girls started. If they were ofended why did they not walk out? They braged to people, the parents were upset, therefore the action was taken. The party could have taken place somewhere else without a problem. No one forced the boys to stay there! No one was in any danger! Get a life!!

My mom was great, but,i don't think she would have hired strippers for my 16th birthday,i couldn't even get a playboy magazine, the kids today have it knocked. He did ,until his buddies blew the whistle,i guess no 17th birthday party, unless mom is on parole.Did bloomburg have a hand in this,he is going too far.

DEADMAN @ 2/22/2013 10:54 AM

I can only imagine that the birthday boy was admiring her tatoos,i would need a closer inspection because at 69,my eyesight is fading, maybe his was also, man,to be young again.

Discusting. What is wrong with that mother. And those of you that think this is funny, think about it. Charge her and throw away the key!

Nutz149 @ 2/24/2013 4:15 AM

(Mom) 33 - (Son) 16 = 17 Yrs Old ........ wow, nice mother of the year! To quote the movie Team America World Police "AMERICA... #*%K YA"

Nichole @ 2/25/2013 4:52 AM

Pffffttt... BWAHAHAHAHA... I wanted a pony for my 16th birthday... guess you know how disappointed I was.

Ok... corruption of a minor, sure. But you could also argue that taking your 16 year old daughter to get a tattoo or a piercing that you sign for is corruption too. I see why it's kind of disgusting, but whatever.

The thing I fault her the most for is the public setting and inviting the other kids. That was the stupid part. And when are kids going to learn that when you get the privilege of doing something cool you don't blab about it.

FL Cop @ 2/25/2013 2:07 PM

She should have hired female school teachers instead. She might have been able to get away with it.

Trigger @ 2/27/2013 12:19 PM

This event could have been turned into an educational outing where boys and girl can play together!!

Jnn @ 12/9/2014 4:50 PM

better a stripper than a stupid cake
