Ridge Outdoors introduced two lightweight, waterproof duty boots at SHOT Show in full and mid-level sizes.

The Ridge Ultimate (Model 9000) and Utlimate Mid (Model 9003) offer eight- and six-inch heights respectively.

The outsole on both models uses a combination of air and gel pockets to provide greater comfort. Heel support is gel. The interior uses Poron foam to absorb shock and make the boot feel more like a tennis show when worn.

The upper uses rip-stop nylon with a YKK "aquaguard" zipper used by SEAL teams. The boots weigh 25 and 24 ounces respectively.

The eight-inch model retails for $150 and is available now. The six-inch model will be available in March.
