Four Gwinnett County (Ga.) Police officers shot and killed a man outside an apartment building Wednesday afternoon after he pointed a .45-caliber handgun at them.
The officers had responded to the apartment after a report of people smoking marijuana. When they arrived, one of the men, later identified as Jose Antonio Hernandez-Gonzalez, pointed a gun at his head.
Officers ordered him to drop the gun and eventually used a TASER on Hernandez-Gonzalez, who pulled out the probes and pointed the gun at the officers. The officers then shot and killed him, reports the Atlanta Journal-Constitution.
