The Orange County (Fla.) Sheriff's Office has acknowledged its computer investigator missed evidence of a Google search for "full-proof" suffocation methods on the day Casey Anthony's 2-year-old daughter disappeared.

A computer in Anthony's home was also used to search for suicide methods, reports CBS News.

Anthony's defense attorney Jose Baez discussed the searches in an interview about his new book covering the murder prosecution following the death of Caylee Anthony. Baez argued that Casey helped father George Anthony cover up Caylee's accidental drowning in the family pool.

Casey Anthony was acquitted of murdering her daughter in 2011.

So why don't the Feds go after her on a civil rights violation? They do that to cops, why ot her??

The FBI will not investigate unless and until given permission or an order--and the US Attorney will not prosecute unless and until given permission or an order--by the US Attorney General. And the current AG is concerned only with those investigations and prosecutions which will further enhance the political ambitions and fortunes of those in power. Eric "my people" Holder is a disgrace to law enforcement and an embarrassment to career prosecutors everywhere.

This should've been a slam dunk as far as the prosecution goes, but they managed to screw that up. Now we have poor excuse for a mother free walking around when she should be on death row. The jurors are complete fools, and how you acquit her I have no idea. I really hope Casey Anthony gets hers and in the most horrible way possible. That poor lil girl did nothing to deserve what happend to her.

She should be tried for perjury. This was done many years ago to a guy named Mel Ignato in Louisville, KY after he had been tried and acquitted and damning evidence (photos) turned up later.
