I previously worked for Univ. of Co. Campus P.D. when attending Med. School after working for Co. Springs P.D. for a few years. these officers are often understaffed and many haven't even attended the Academy yet. Condolences to the Officer re. his injury and for having to take a life, something we all wish we could avoid. A 'good shoot' but no one wins herein.
