Texas Woman Sues Cops After Breast Implant Burst

November 05, 2012  |

A North Texas woman who says a Pantego Police officer caused her breast implants to rupture during an arrest is suing the town.

Rebecca Van Hooser said the officer threw her against her car when he arrested her during a traffic stop on Bowen Road.

The Pantego officer pulled her over on a headlight violation and arrested her after learning she had a warrant for an unpaid speeding ticket.

That's what she gets for buying those Chinese breassazez ;-) She should have purchased hers from Firestone or Goodyear, they'd probably still be under 50,000 mile warrantee.

Holy Jeez. Now does a suspect have a right to say, "take it easy on my fake breasts, officer.' I kind of assume if someone put her up against the car that roughly, there is more to the story. Like maybe some kind of resistance? Or maybe she should buy Craftsman "tools" that are guaranteed for life.

I doubt very seriously that it was due to the arrest. The implants may have been defective, so that is something that she needs to look into with the dr. who performed the surgery.

Pulled over for a headlight violation! Now she has two headlights out! LOL

I heard that after a period of time, Implants start to leak anyway. So if she was pushed up against the car so the officer could effect the arrest, then I would say that her puppies were already about to "POP". Lucky for her that it's not a crime to have saggy ones, but I have the feeling that the Texas Tax Payers will be buying her some new perky ones. What a joke?

JimA @ 11/13/2012 10:01 PM

I heard they are spending more money on fake boobs and erection pills than they are for alzheimers research. So there are people out there with perky boobs and stiffees that don't know how they got them and can't remember what to do with them.

Just a little humor, folks.

Ever watch Tim Allen? She needed the Benford 3000 Breasts, "More Power" OO-OO-OO
I believe Benford is like Craftsman, life time warranty, just bring in your faulty tool, I mean breast,...
