Police arrested a second man in connection with the slaying of Nassau County (N.Y.) Police Officer Arthur Lopez. Gerald Williams was arrested with a gun that may be the murder weapon.
Police charged Williams with two counts of criminal weapons possession after investigators learned that he allegedly lent shooting suspect Darrell Fuller a car that had a Ruger 9mm handgun and Tec-9 in its trunk, District Attorney Richard Brown told the Wall Street Journal.
Fuller faces two counts of murder in Tuesday morning's rampage that killed Officer Lopez and Brooklyn resident Raymond Facey.
