VIDEO: Woman Sues Over Topless Video In Holding Cell
A woman who lost her bikini top after she was arrested for disorderly conduct at a music festival has sued the Leesburg (Fla.) Police Department claiming inhumane treatment by officers.
Ashleigh Davis claims male officers left her in a holding cell without covering her up or sending a female officer to deal with her. She was left lying topless on the floor of the cell, which was captured on surveillance video.
Davis was arrested at the Leesburg Bikefest in April 2011. She told WESH-TV she was drunk, disorderly, and probably deserved to be arrested. Davis said she wants the officers to take sensitivity training.
