Pelican Products has introduced four ProGear Sport Backpacks that include a built-in hard case or rigid compartment for electronics and other valuables.
The integrated crush-resistant Pelican case in the Elite models includes a watertight o-ring seal—with automatic pressure equalization valve—and is designed to protect laptops, MacBook computers, netbooks, e-readers, tablets, keyboards, and other accessories. Four adhesive, memory foam buffers help secure the laptop or tablet for safe travel.
Pelican ProGear Sport Backpack models include:
- The S100 Elite Laptop Backpack protects 15- and 17-inch Apple or PC laptops with a built-in, watertight, crushproof Pelican case. The S100 Elite Laptop Backpack also features bottom-expanding sling storage and a top-loading TSA-ready main storage compartment. Other features include a rigid front plate and ergonomic ventilated back panel for tablet device protection. It retails for $269.95.
