Idaho Man Killed by Officers After Shooting Spree

An Idaho man suspected of shooting another man in the chest, as well as shooting at several random individuals Saturday was killed by Coeur d'Alene police officers after he opened fire on the officers following an estimated 5-mile car chase.
The pursuit ended on East Coeur d'Alene Lake Drive near Higgens Point shortly after 11 a.m. after the suspect lost control of a white sedan he was driving, spun out, and came to rest on the Centennial Trail, where officers fatally wounded him after a shootout.

Let's hope that the shooting victim makes a speedy recovery. Great job by the officers of putting an end to this madman who would of surely shot many others if the Police didn't act in such a quick way.
