Ga. Man Arrested, After Shooting Officer

The man accused of shooting a Chickamauga (Ga.) Police officer in the leg Thursday faces at least nine felony charges, Walker County Sheriff Steve Wilson said.
Michael Anthony Brooks II, 24, was charged with three counts of aggravated assault, two counts of aggravated assault on a police officer, two counts of theft and two counts of obstruction of a police officer, according to a news release.

Sorry to hear brooks wasn't doa after trying to KILL a LEO in cold blood. Very glad to hear the Officer is going to be OK and will be back on the the Job soon. Blues stay safe!
