A disgruntled worker killed his boss and wounded nine others in a Friday morning shooting spree on the crowded sidewalks outside the Empire State Building, cops and witnesses told the New York Daily News.
The killer, after casually strolling away from the murder scene, was gunned down in a Fifth Ave. confrontation with the cops. Some of the wounded were grazed by bullets, including some from police gunfire, reports the Associated Press.
The streets around the iconic midtown building were choked with emergency vehicles, and witnesses reported bloody victims calling for help after the shooter squeezed off at least a dozen shots.

Would really be nice to get some accurate info on this. So far I've heard he had a semi auto pistol that had 8 rounds, that he had a briefcase full of ammo, that he fired 12 rounds, etc. Anybody got any more? Glad the Blues all went home safe.

Very strange that he comes back a year after being fired and then takes revenge. You would think that he would've moved on and bad feelings would of fluttered out at this point. The only good thing about this is that the insane gunman was killed.
