July 17, 2012
|
The sister of the man who killed four Lakewood (Wash.) Police officers and who helped her brother elude capture was released from prison early on Monday.
LaTanya Clemmons served more than two years of a five-year sentence relating to the November 2009 manhunt.
Clemmons had given $50 to Darcus Allen, the getaway driver for Maurice Clemmons, after he gunned down the officers in November 2009 at a coffee shop. She also drove Allen to a motel where he hid out, reports KOMO News.

This is unbelievable. They are sending the message that it is ok to help someone get away after killing a cop. She should be executed if you ask me.
