I know some of the Indy officers, and "kind and gentle" isn't in their vocabulary. Lots of times, officers second guess themselves because of bystanders possibly taking video of the confrontation. Our job gets increasingly more difficult day by day.
But, on the bright side, at least he didn't have to do a pat-down of the subject;)

I just think they were all trying not to get touched by his...well...you know. Rassling with a shirtless sweaty guy in his underwear is one thing, but try it (not saying I have any experience here) with a guy who's packin that kinda heat...I don't blame them for their actions. Besides, idiots like that always get caught sooner or later...glad nobody got seriously hurt. Although, I would have to say the female officer was about worthless...obviously he pulled a dart out, so pulling the Taser trigger repeatedly wasn't going to create the desired outcome anymore. Drive-stun or or jump in there and put some body weight on him. I would say PCP or bath-salts too...or maybe zombie apocalypse???
