Should have let him go, after all he is just a confused high schooler with no fatherly figure in his life, probably been pulled over too many times 'because he's a mexican', no self esteem, high school dropout.....aw heck, send him to Tracy for about 10..

He's being held on bail because he's a flight risk. I hope they don't let him out before his trial.

There seems to be a lot of pussyfooting in the reporting of this. Is there a racial component that no one wants to mention?

Three boys were attacked by these Mexican thug-wanna-be's with the teacher's blessing (also Mexican). There hasn't been any reporting about the race of the 3 victims and if they were Black, I'd expect Jesse and Al to be banging the drum.

Hopefully, his new husband will introduce him to prison "hazing" so he can appreciate his actions.

I love the called him a teenager...don't recall the papers referring to the military troops as "teenagers" or young cops as teenagers....only criminals get this label to make them not responsible for their crimes....isn't that speshul!

The pussyfooting in the reporting is because all the perps are Hispanic. The media coverage seems to be omitting the race of the victim, though there are rumors that he was not Hispanic. The teacher had been hired through an "affirmative action" policy which ignores his questionable background, and had kept his job despite several past incidents which school authorities describe as "inappropriate actions."
