The Philadelphia Police Department launched an internal investigation into a forceful arrest captured by two witnesses that shows four officers detaining an 18-year-old.
At least two witnesses recorded footage that shows four cops from Northeast Philadelphia's 15th District struggling with Marcus Warryton on Ruan Street near Paul shortly after 5 p.m. Monday, moments after cops say Warryton crashed his car and attempted to leave the scene, reports Philly.com.
The video shows two officers initially struggling with Warryton. Two additional officers then join the struggle. One office is seen striking Warryton multiple times with his baton.
In the altercation, one officer suffered a neck strain, and two others had cuts and bruises.

They did what they had to do to solve the problem. The 18 year old should've just complied. Unless he had warrants there was no reason to run. It was only a traffic accident. Even if there was just a warrant that's still no reason to run. Now he's got resisting arrest and assault on P.O.'s DUMBASS!!!
