A Northwestern University student who says he was the victim of an attempted robbery scared away his three assailants by pointing out that they were trying to rob him in front of a campus police station.
The men approached the student on the street and demanded his money, reportedly saying, "Empty your pockets or we'll shoot you," reports Evanston Now. The men fled after the victim pointed out the police station.
The victim contacted police about 10 minutes later, but could not provide detailed descriptions of the suspects.

It took him 10 minutes to report it when he was standing in front of the station? Couldn't ID the "assailants"? Hmm, seems kinda shakey to me. And no cameras at the station? Wonder what really happened.
