Former Ind. Deputy Charged With Ghost Employment

A former Marion County (Ind.) Sheriff's Department deputy was arrested Wednesday on charges of theft and ghost employment after an internal investigation.
The investigation determined Donald Prout, 32, was working private security while he was supposed to be serving warrants for the sheriff or attending training classes, reports the Indianapolis Star.
