N.J. Man Convicted of Killing Cop In Cruiser

A jury returned a guilty verdict against the 20-year-old man accused of shooting a Lakewood (N.J.) Police officer while he sat in his cruiser, reports The Star-Ledger.
Jahmell Crockam was found guilty of first-degree murder and illegal possession of hollow-point bullets on Thursday. The verdict came nearly a year after the Jan. 14 slaying of Officer Christopher Matlosz.
